Well if you want to get evil stares from the neighbors, you can take the packing and rear baffle plate thingy out.You might have to rejet, tho.Oh yeah, btw, I don't work for the guy, or even know him, but rb racing on ebay does a bad to the bone port job on blasters for like 150 dollars, and I have to give him props. I have done this to my blaster, and I have to say my blaster is easily faster than a stock 400ex.I've had guys used to 250 r's say how fun and powerful it is. Jet up to a 310 main and you'll have the baddest blaster around!

why do want a loud pipe?

noise/loudness is the number one reason why places get shut down. If you feel confident that you will never be impacted by such action, then go for it; however, trust me, it will eventually affect you even on your own land.

loud pipes do not necessarily increase performance. ive raced many loud bikes before and left them. call it rider, whatever. IMO, it just makes a better race to be stealthy and win than to be loud and lose...not to mention the undeniable look of shock on someone's face when they spent all that time and money into their loud bike- only to lose. but, hey, you can hear the loud, sweet sound of victory as you are passing them.

I dont know what the loudest pipe is for a Blaster, however, I know 2 kids with Toomey exhausts, and they sound like 250s now! Clean sound and you can deffinitely hear em now.
