fully take the axle nuts off... fully take the spindles off... take the sprocket off.. then the axle should punch straight out on the right side.

Don't hit it directly on the end with a hammer, unless you're taking it out to put a new axle in. Hitting it directly with a hammer will damage the threads on the end. Put a block of wood up against the left side (sprocket side) of the axle and hit it with the biggest hammer you can find. It takes a while, and is much easier if you have an extra set of hands to hold the quad in place and hold the block of wood. It probably won't come out very easily, but if it does consider yourself very lucky. It took me and 2 of my buddies about 3 hours total and about 30 blocks of broken up wood to get mine out. Just keep pounding on it, and don't give up on it. It just takes a while to break it loose from the bearings.

Now that you say that, I remember that the block of wood didn't work for me! I put the castle nut on the end, and put a socket over the castle nut so I wouldn't damage it. I think it only took a couple minutes to get it out once I tried that.

Did you even read what you typed before you posted it? I had to read it slowly 10 times to figure out what the first half of your sentence said lol
