How do you know this guy really has paid it off? How do you know this is all legit? I know you think it is but how do you KNOW?

The front of the title is the lean release. Either the front of the title is signed off or not. Do you have the title? Maybe your state does things differently.

Caseman, regardless of what everyone else is saying stolen or not i still wouldn't of past that deal up. That banshee is nicer than I imagined. Those procircuit pipes are the best pipes you can get for a banshee in my opinion. Also tommey pipes are about the same as the procirc pipes. LoL. I'll bie them off of you for $4000. Damn you've allready made $200. What ya say?

Good luck. Did he at least sign a bill of sale? If so you have something to work with if things are not on the up and up.

Will you guys stop questioning the poor man about "if the quads are stolen" "has he paid it off" "ways around that?". The guy just got a great deal. Be happy for him and don't interrogate him like a p!ssed off detective! Great find man!

calm down 420ex! I asked the question because of how he said "there are ways around that". You of all people should appreciate someone questioning that, with yours being stolen and all.

Congrats on the find Case.

420ex,

there is a high likelyhood that your stolen bike was purchased by someone. If you ever found it you would take it back and they would have lost their money and have nothing to show for it. Don't be naive. Usually when something sounds too good to be true it is. Some of the older members have seen this before and want him to be careful in these situations. You do know it is against the law to buy stolen goods whether you are aware of it or not, right?

Me, personally, I am more concerned about the Raptor that couldn't be started because of a simple clutch problem. I hope the guy was honest with you Case. Let us know as soon as you get that 660 running!

I was able to start it. But I did not leave it run for to long. I was just happy it started. As soon as I sell the banshee I will start working on the clutch.

The guy that I bought it from was not very smart. And from what I seen he really needed the money.

Everybody is taking this title thing all wrong. I checked the vin and the numbers match. that was the first thing I checked. The only thing is that lean part. He says everything is cool. So we will see.

Ive got a guy comeing tomorrow to check out the banshee $1800 I just want it gone so I can start working on the raptor.
