if its stock you can adjust it at the tors located on top of the carb lift the seat and you should see a large flathead screw clockwise to go higher counter to go lower. if the tors are gone you should have a brass screw on each of the carbs facing out
Ajust the idle by turning the pilot air screw on the carburetors. It's that little screw at the end of the carb, close to where the air box boot connects to the carb.
