You want to try to find a cooler as big or slightly bigger than the one you already have. Stock oil coolers on sport quads are so small they are basically useless even on a sport quad.
Like enFORCER said, it would be worth a try to straighten the bent part and seal it up with JB weld. It might still leak, but JB weld is only a few bucks, and there's at least a chance that it will fix the problem.

You can buy it at any Hardware store. You can use it on Aluminum or Steel. It is very strong, it can be drilled and tapped. I have seen it used to repair cracked engine case's. In fact I have seen it used on a lot of engine repairs.

tape everywhere. What the HELL did you do?
JB weld is a cold weld, 2 pastes that you mix together, smear over the surfaces, and once it dries it's supposed to be almost as strong as a weld. Sometimes it doesn't work, but from my experiences with it, it can be a big money saver. We used it when my cousin's chain came loose and busted a hole in his quadracer's engine case. It sealed it back up perfectly in a few hours.

The first thing I would do is bend the cooler straight again so the gap is smaller, and clean it off good.
The JB weld has instructions with it, but basically you have 2 toothpaste-like tubes. You mix them together in equal amounts on a paper plate or something, and stir them with a popsicle stick, plastic spoon, etc. Then you just glob it on around the broken joint and smooth it out with your finger so it's in the crack good, and smooth and even. Then you have to let it set up for a set amount of time, I think it's like 8 hours or something.
