a front sprocket from a 99-00 YZ 250 should work. There are a lot of posts regarding this, so just do a search to be sure.

stock is 13 tooth. You need a 12 tooth front. Later

I just installed a Renthal ultra-lite 12 tooth. I called and ordered it last week 1-877-renthal.It is a 99-00 YZ 250 sprocket. It shaves a little off the top-end but the bottom and mid is unreal.
