Default warrior jetting

01 warrior
1mm over bore, 10.75.1 piston, .450 lift cam, titanium valve springs,
K&N filter drilled cover, full Yosi RS3 exhaust

i now have a 148 main from the K&N power kit
Could someone give me an idea for the main
and what should i do with the needle and the pilot

well if i remember right...iv got a 170 main in my warrior....its got the JE 366 BB with 12.1 stage 1 cam and dyna cdi...and a hole lot of other stuff i gots to take off becouse my wife rides it now...but anyway i think you should need something in the 160 to 165 range...

I'm running a 165 right now with my 350 rap with similar mods to your warrior. You8're in a similar climate to me so I'd go 165-winter/160 summer and leave your pilot jet a 22.5 at the third clip position. Mine runs good like that.

thanks for the info i'll get a few mains and see what works best should i get a different needle valve or stay with the one in it
