Raptor chokes out on long steeph hills

Sorry, forgot to write stuff...
If I go up a steep hill fast I am fine... but if I am going up more of a tuffer type terain hill and I have to go slower, my 660 dies. It won't restart unless I hold the gas in all of the way. This has left me in some sticky situations because the bike isn't wanting to go at all and I'm in the middle of a big steep hill.
I don't recall which jets I have put on... is this the problem? Do I need larger or smaller ones put on. I will be going to the sand dunes for Easter and want to get my bike all ready now.
Aside from this one problem it runs very strong.

It's probably a problem with the floats. First i'd check that the overflow lines aren't clogged up. If they are clear, i guess the next step would be to take the carbs off, remove the bowls, and make sure the floats are moving freely.
