I can't think of much weight that can be removed from a blaster, other than replacing that ugly stock bumper with an aluminum one, and the same with the grab bar, but you're not removing much weight for the money you have to spend on that stuff.
Shaving fenders would remove some weight, but in my opinon blasters don't look right with shaved fenders. One of my cousins has an older blaster with shaved front fenders... well sorta shaved, they broke off... but it looks strange without them.

Well I am hoping to drop her down to 310 pounds. That is a 14 pound less than stock. Well The bars dropped a pound or so. Well a pipe and silencer would remove a few pounds right? And the bumber and grab bar 3 pounds or so. So with that how much pounds do you think I shaved?

get nice light tires and light wieght rims will help some also if it has a parking brake u can take that off. Also you can take off the oil injector and get a block off kit and just put the oil right into the gas tank. Get rid of the lighting and with that all of the wiring included. Get a light axle and hubs maybe. Get lighter handlebars and clamps. There might be lighter aluminum footpegs out there as well. There is also new a-arms you can get to make it lighter. I hope those ideas help
