I paid $6500 for mine...and that was only after shopping around for the best price (at about 15 different dealerships in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana). I guess I should have went to eastern Ohio....lol
Of course, I did buy mine four months ago. Hell, maybe their cheaper now

I'm not sure who's fillin you full of smoke, but I just bought my Raptor 700 here in Idaho Falls Idaho, $6500 for the Raptor, $50 for doc fees, $8 for the title and of course 5% sales tax. They may retail for $6999, but my dealer said he'd sell it for 10% over cost. That makes the dealers paying about $6grand even for them.

LOL, you can believe whatever you want, but I , and others have bought them from a dealer in eastern Ohio for $6091. And yes, I have a receipt to prove it.
I can vouch for the incredibly low price on the Raptor 700 from a dealer in Maumee, OH. I purchased a Raptor 700 on March 3 for $5999 plus $55 documentation fee and $15 title fee. I drove 200 miles one way to pick it up and actually expected some "slight of hand" when it actually came time to plunk down the cash. There were no surprises! That was the surprise. I even picked up some other discounted accessories. The whole transaction took less than 20 minutes. It was worth the trip. I still don't know how they can make any money, but I guess that is not my problem. No disappointments in the Raptor either. Everything is working great. I ride a little almost every day.
