Default jetting?

hi
i wanted to put on my reed spacer and my new reeds in and i was wondering how many jet sizes i would have to go up to notice a difference...i have no idea about jetting so thats why i'm posting this...it is the stock carb just so you know
ALso i was wondering if it is possible to go up a tooth on the front sprocket and still use the same length of chain?

if you're gettin a reed spacer, why would you want to shave your intake manifold down?
