Default Banshee Problems Please Help

Hi everyone, i just brought a 03 banshee and cant seem to get rid of a flat spot. It starts to gargle at mid range under load and just b4 band comes in which makes hill clims hard. The bike runs rich with black wet plugs. I took the carbs off and moved the needle setting from 3 to 2, cleaned the carbs & replaced the air filter but has not made a difference. The bike is stock. Any suggestions please.
