Default jetting 4fz 450

i have a 05 yfz 450 and i am looking into putting a jet kit init . I have a aftermarket pipe air filter open air box. just wanted to know what would be good for this thank u

What is your alltitude (ft.), and air temp*.

iam not really to sure of alltitude but air temp is 55

Default jetting 4fz 450

I am wondering the same thing I just jetted my bike after putting a slip on bills thunder series pipe and a k&n pro flow kit on it the guy at the shop said to put a 178 main jet in and gave me a needle he said it was a richer needle and to put it on the 3rd setting down from the top I did all that havent had a chance to ride it yet but it wont idel I know that much does anyone know if that sounds right

Yea, you need a 45 or 48 pilot. BTW 178 kinda sound rich.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
