ON my raptors the brakes will sqeal. Is this cause everything is brand new and needs some time to wear the pads and rotors down a little ? it's a nasty high pitch squeal.

 

First i'd look at the rotors and make sure there aren't any gouges in them like something is digging into them, and if they look ok I would just try to use them more often to break them in, and see if the squealing stops.
