my friends 'shee is not startin and he dont know what wrong wit it and i haven't gotten to check it out but does anyone know what might be wrong

 

Plugs could be fouled.Is it getting spark?Sounds silly but is the key on or the on/off switch turned on(don't laugh).How long since a rebuild?If it's been a very long time,might want to do a compression test.It could be flooded out.Might drain the carbs and try it again or try to pull start it.Be careful if you do.Hope this helps.
