Starter clutch?
Is that the starter located in front of the engine
Or the one way bearing located behind the flywheel?

IF you had the stator and flywheel out. I would check all the wires coming out of the stator cover. Make sure the connections are clean and that no wires were cut.

Default no spark for my warrior pleasae help

I had pretty much the same symptoms on my 87 Warrior. Very intermittent spark. I checked the resistances on the stator pickup coil and found one was out of spec per the manual. Bought a $40 replacement pickup coil from Ricky Stator and installed it. Works great now! Installing the pick-up coil was not too difficult, I re-routed the wires from the new pick-up coil in the wire track inside the stator cover and then out through the rubber grommet and then used a couple of crimp connectors to attach it to the existing wires.

now what exactly is a stator pickup coil? is that the little box with two wires coming out of it? but i just ordered a ignition coil as that was out of spec but the way people are talking the stator pickup coil that you were talking about i think may be my problem
