Default techniqual questinos on a 660R

my buddy has a 660r and has had alot of work done .. although it is still stock...

the internals were replaced .. for what reason i have no idea.

the battery keeps dieing...
it sometimes doesn't want to idle.. sometiems it sticks at 1/4 throttle even tho the throttle isn't being pushed.
it seems to just bog out of nowhere.you will be riding.. and get on it and it will jsut bog.. then be fine.
and it doesn't want to run with the gas turned to ON. the gas is fresh and the carb was cleaned. it even has an inline filter.

i am cluless when it comes to raptors.. people help us out.

I would guess that the inline filter may not be allowing enough flow.A quick inspection of the filter for debris may be a good place to start.

I had a problem with my raptor where the idle was all over the place. It ended up being the choke was hanging up.lube the cable and the choke plunger on the side of the carb.when the motor starts racing at 1/4 throttle press the choke lever and see if it changes.Im not sure about your battery problem.
