Default loose plug threads

I bought a new 05' 450 kodiak and when replacing the first plug it seemed that the threads were maybe tapped sh!tty from the factory. Now I am wondering if I can tighten the damn plug enough without stripping the head. Any suggestions? Thanks

Ive got an 04, but its the same plug and head. Mine seemed fine. It should be able to handle the 13 ft/lbs thats called out for torque on the plug. Put a bit of anti sieze on the threads, and start it by hand, and then just go to 13 ft/lbs (which isnt much), and it should be ok.
Is this the only time the plug has been out? or did you buy it used?

This is the first time it has been out. I have had many dirbikes that never felt this loose...I can screw in in about half way and it has quite a bit of slop 3/4 way not much better, but I tightened it up (not sure I can get 13# out of it) Just worrying me a bit...
