I know you said you didn't want a Blaster, but that would be my choice. Once you get used to it, there's a ton you can do to it (and for cheap) that will make the little thing fly. A built up Blaster is like a 600cc sport bike, 90% of riders will never push it to it's limits, and will never need something bigger. You just can't beat them for the money, and what they're capable of with some work.

I know how to get it to like 300mph. after you do those "MODS" you have to get a msr clutch lever, and a dg grab bar. LMAO

Why not get a Blaster? I have a Blaster and I love it. A blaster will smoke any other 200cc-250cc easliy. Yes a 2-stroke is a little harder to take care of, but if you ride it right there won't be any problem. A blaster is nice because you could do a lot of stuff to it without high buget. With all the stuff done to my Blaster (see sig below) I got it running around mid 70's, but if you really don't want one I'd go with the Honda because it's "Second Best."

Haha I can think of 3 250s that in stock form will smoke a blaster very easily. The 250r, tecate 4, and quadracer are superior to the blaster in every category. So you can't really say that a blaster can "smoke" any 200-250 quad unless you are referring to exhaust "smoke".

blasters are not the perfect quad for a beginner, the suspension sucks, the brakes suck, and maintainance sucks. The 250 4 strokes are better than a blaster in every category except power.
