do you ride at the same elevation as your shop?

you might want to get one ofthese and learn to do it yourself

I ride at the same elevation of the shop sometimes but i dont think it would that much of a difference in elevation from where i live. Also is that all i will need other than jetting is to just adjust my air screw?

I Finally fixed it. It wasnt't the jetting, one of the exhaust flange bolts snapped off and it was causing an exhaust leak, i found out when the other one snapped off and i fixed them.

well you found it befor I could tell you what it was. As soon as I saw you had the alien I knew what it was, I had that pipe and brkoe the studs 2 times, then went to bolts and broke those too. Finally i tapped it out and wrnt with larger grade 8 bolts and those lasted pretty long but still broke. I now have the newer afterburner pipe and no problems yet!!

take out the studs, tap out the holes for bigger bolts and it will last longer. But no, I never got them to stop breaking, in fact the header finally cracked the last time so I got a new pipe. I would get a new one ASAP it will save a lot of headache!!
