Raptor Steering Stem

Does anyone know if the Raptor and Banshee steering stems are the same.

If your Raptor need one check out http://www.timmyboydesigns.com/ they make A-arms and steering stems.

Roll Design has a steering stem, lower and upper A-arms, setup with axis front shocks. Dirt Wheels January 2001.

No they are not the same. The lower bearing is on the bottom on the banshee. On the raptor the stem is two piece, the bearing goes above where the tie rods mount on the shaft.

I talked to TimmyBoy and they said you must send in your stock stem. They use the bottom piece. That's why it's so cheap.

It might be wise to ask him why his Raptor stem broke during the Baja 2000 race.
