Ido want to get another but they are big bucks to buy new and hard to find used. I have seen some on E-BAY for cheap but not all are WARRIOR calipers.

I would guess the banshee and raptor are the same? not totally positive though. 220 bones is some coin thats for sure.

The banshee and raptor 350 are definitely the same, I think raptor 660 too. These are very common calipers, my cousin's 86 zuki quadracer even has the exact same thing. Try using an online yamaha parts finder and compare the part numbers to different models that you think may fit.

The bleeder screw stripped out. I tried oversizing it but the tapered end wouldn't seal

I wonder if you can buy a bigger bleeder, say for a truck caliper or wheel cylinder, and drill and tap it to a bigger size. Probably a npt type thread, so you'd have to get the right tap so that it would have the taper you're refering to. Just make sure that you do not run it in too far, as you'd lose the taper. And make sure you flush out good afterwards.

Oh and my brother put a warrior caliper on his quadracer and it bolted up fine. Only difference was the way the ebrake connected. Should be the same on many models.
