THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP also its runnung REALLY REALLY RICH is there anyway i can fix this?
If you are taking it to get it serviced soon i would take it now. One of the things they check at the first service is the valve clearance, and if the valve clearance on the intake valves is too tight it can hold the valve open just a hair and cause it to draw in fuel when its not suposed to. In other words it smokes and runs way rich all the time. You could check it yourself but if you are going to take it in i would just let them check it for you.
Then again i dont know if that would also apply to a fuel injected engine or not. Just a thought.

I can show you the lambda tables for the two stock Raptors we own and the power improvements from changing the ignition timing. The exhaust gas temperatures dropped around 600 degrees F. They were running rich. Yours might have run lean. Didn't get the wide band oxygen and EGT sensors on your bike.

mine has ran great. On my 4th tank of gas. What all should be done on the first service? My temps are in the 80s-90s. Hope you guys find a fix or what the problem is.
