Default 2006 grizzly 660 A-Arm bracket

I bought my grizzly on 4-20-06 and road it for the first time yesterday. i was riding down a field and the quad started to wander from side to side. i turned right and about went over the handle bars. i jumped off and the left tire was practically tucked under the quad. The bottom a-arm bracket snapped right off the frame!!! does anyone know if this is a recall problem that i dont know about.. or anyone have this same problem.. i will be taking it back to the dealership for repairs i hope yamaha stand behind there warranty....Also i have no front brakes at all.. If anyone can answer some of these questions please help me out...thanks

I hope they take care of you. I would demand a new quad. They should throw in free skid plates or something for your inconvience.

I would count myself lucky if they did indeed provide a new quad.

I would not be paying a setup fee either

If they are willing to pony up a new bike I seriously doubt they will be charging n set-up fee.

Remember it is not too late to sue for hitting the lawsuit lottery. I am sure thought this has entered both dealer and Yamaha minds.

well didnt get a new grizz!! Yamaha is paying for a new chassis. which is better than nothing. I strongly suggest that anyone who buys a grizzly check the welds on the frame!!!!!!! the dealership has mine in pieces and the frame has bad welds all over it.. I think im trading it in on an american made quad...Yamaha quality has gone to $hit.. a yamaha supervisor told me on the phone that they fix this problem all the time...so be prepared for a recall...id think they cant let this problem go on till someone gets hurt or worse...
