Default Buying used parts - beware!

Hey, I just wanted to let everyone know not to buy any parts from a forum member named Raptor700r. This guy is out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He sold me a pair of 05' YFZ 450 shocks and claimed that they were in almost new condition with only about 10 hours on them and they worked perfect. While the pictures of the shocks looked good, this guy is clearly a LIAR!!! I purchased the shocks and put them on my Raptor 700, only to find out that one shock was totally blown. I immediately heard a "clunking" noise from the one shock after only about one minute of riding. So, I sent the guy an email and he said, he'd pay for the repair, but two weeks later....he hasn't. A little over $175 bucks later, I have great shocks.....that can now pass for nearly new. This guy is a complete ***, he hasn't returned any emails or paypal requests in almost two weeks. I guess I learned another valuable lesson, buy new................If you know any other "punks" out there on this forum, please post you message here to make other "honest" forum members aware.

Thanks,
Smuznu
