you dont need to change the headpipe, they are plenty big stock.in fact they have torque stuffers for them to reduce the size just after leaving the engine. i have a white bros. r4 on mine the dyno chart that comes with pipe claims a .7 yes .7 increase. waste of money without mods. what year is yours maybe we can trade i want to be quieter than i am now.it sounds real good ,just a little loud not obnoxious. a great mod would be the 424 unlocker GREAT MOD FOR THE CASH !! wolverines are great

Thats 0.7 peak horsepower gain. It will gain 2-3hp maybe at 4000rpm or something like that. When I piped mine and had the intake and it tuned right before i got stupid with it, it really helped throttle response and bottom end and helped it run a little better high as well, mine only make 1.0 peak hp with just the pipe but it has higher increases in other areas. Granted that its not like putting a pipe on a raptor or yfz but it does help and will make it quicker. I think it makes it alot more fun too. Just some thoughts.

I just take alittle sand paper to my warriors head pipe every once in awhile and looks good.
Also have a 350 Big Bear and i sanded its head pipe down and used some High temperature paint to paint it.
First time didnt last very good so sanded back down and put a light coat on then ran the motor a minute to heat up
the head pipe just to hot to kinda bake on the coat, then let it dry for a day, then repeated for about 4 coats. Its
been on for about a year and still looks good. I put a black DG pipe on it and it looks like a complete system.
