Well since you guys are all telling your battle stories I will tell mine. This happen last holloween, I owned a 300EX at the time. Well me and some friends headed up to Badlands ATV riding park. We unloaded the quads and took off ridding. We were ridding for about 10 min. or so when I deicided to try this one hill. You guys who have been to Badlands know they have so crazy hills there. When we were paying to get in they told us to watch for hills that have caution tape on them, that means there is no back side to them. and they also said some have no backsides to them but don't have tape. Anyway I tried this hill, strait up, when I got to the top, there was no back side to it. So I locked my brakes and slide down backwards FAST! About half way down the wheels turned and fliped me off, I landed right on my elbows. I stood up and could not move my left arm. the bone broke in half and went into my sholder blad. So they had to cut my arm open and move the bone in place and is now held together by 2 Screws. I was not ridding for 3 months

I just did this about a month ago. Me and my girlfriend were just doing some slow woods riding behind our house and I had passed her and looked back as soon as I did my clutch hand hit a tree. I must have been on the ground in pain for an hour. I broke all 4 fingers, 3 bones in my hand and my wrist in 2 places. I have 5 pins in my arm and 2 in my hand. They said that I may have to have surgery to fix everything, but they are not sure yet.

ouch. That almost happened to me, just took off my hand in time. Now I have big hand protectors, so I don't have to worry about that. Believe it or not, I haven't crashed severely yet.

I used to work in an Emergency Room, about 8 years ago. A guy was brought in by his friends. He was loading his 200X into a pickup, and he BROKE his femur when he went to lift the back end of the threewheeler up into the box. Wasn't very old either... Drink your milk!

Oh boy! have I got Stories for you, My worst was when I was 8 years old, me and my brother and cousins where racing down the back roads and my old 125 honda 3 wheeler had No brakes, so after narrowly avoiding a few trees and a fence we wound out on the straight stretch and they all pulled along side of me to make a long story short It was a one lane road with a narrow bridge without side rails, and we all didnt fit on the bridge, So after hitting a small persimmon tree and launching just at the edge of the bridge I ramped over the creek and crashed head on into the retaining wall of the Bridge in the other side of the creek bank. I bent the forks and frame of the 3 wheeler back under past the rear axle, I had cuts with the honda front fender plastic in my face, I dented the steel gas tank with my body and splatted on the wall like a bug on the windshield, So upon surviving that I had No Spleen, 22 big staples in my abdomen, a broke jaw, 3 broke teeth, and lots of stitches, drain hoses, catheters, tube down my Nose, 2 IVs and No food for 7 of the 14 days I stayed after surgery. Sounds Fun huh? I always wear safety gear and ride responsibly now. But to Go along with that I work In a Hospital Doing Radiology. I do CAT Scans And XRays. So Im always getting new stories and patching up my Buddies. Just Be safe and be Responsible. Wear a Helemet Every where you go. I have a Good Story about that first hand also but It would take another page to write it...

Yo,
I got a story, it doesn't compare to some of the ones, but anyway, this last summer I had just bought a brand new 2001 Kawasaki KDX200 Dirtbike. I was only 14 at the time and it was an extremly big dirtbike. Anyway, Im crusing through this field that does not get mowed going about 45mph and i see this hill, not very big but pretty straight up. Anyway, I take off and hit the "ramp" it sends me about 6 feet in the air, flew probably about 30 feet and land right in front of this humongous boulder. Needless to say I shattered my left shoulder. My bike was very lucky, It survided needing only a new front wheel since the other one kinda looked like the pac-man creature. Doing fine now, and sold the 2 wheeler for 4. Seeya, happy thanksgiving
