Default Hit rock pretty hard

I was ripping down the trail going approx 30-35mph, as I turned the corner there was this rock in the middle of the trail I didnt want to hit it with my tire so I tried to go over it but it nailed my bash plate (thank god I didnt have the plastic one) it didn't stop me but It made a very loud sound. Anyways, when I stopped my front bash plate has a huge dent in it and it bent a small welded piece on the frame. It looks like that piece holds two parts of the front bumper apart. Nothing else is bent or tweaked. Is this something I should try to bend back out or should i just let it be.
The picutre below is not from yeterday but it should give you and idea of what im talking about. The weld is located near the part # 25
It hit just where the bash plate angles down.
Man this lil 350 is a blast on the trails/mud. Was such fun out there. I just keep finding more and more trails. Anyways, am I over reacting?

you CAN just leave it alone... but if you want to bend it back.. just bend it enough to get it straight...
