I just bought a full GYTR exchaust for my Yfz 450 and was wondering what is the difference between the stainless steel header and the stock header pipe (not the slip on muffler) that's already installed? They look the same except the GYTR header (not the slip on muffler) has a dent, should the header pipe (not the slip on) have a dent? Did the dealer sell me something that won't change the quads performance, from what I've been reading it looks like all I really require is the GYTR slip on, jet, and GYTR intake filter not the stainless steel header pipe?
I appreciate any response - Thanks,

From what the dealer told me, yes it makes a difference. How much ? I really doubt very much. I bought a header pipe too just because I thought I would get more power but probably should have just kept the stock header and used the money on CDI or porting. BTW anybody buying GYTR products make sure you check out www.southseattleyamaha.com. The are about 20% cheaper than retail price, I bought my Bill Ballence bumper for 110.00 I think and gytr nerfbars for 149.00. Everything gytr is about 20% or more less than retail, and shipping is cheap from them. They have been great to me plus my last order they threw in a XL Fly jersey for free.
