so im ready to get out of my 2stroke banshee, make it a duner and get me a reliable 4stroke. i am loving how efi is Finally here- and everything about the 2 450's (yfz 450R and ltr) have now all been compared and im pretty sure its hard to disagree that the lt-r clearly has the most potential, for the less $$. Just the EFI performance upgrades that WILL come out within the next years, themselves, should be quite impressive. But to the point.. i still have yet to read anything on anyone comparing the now two EFI quads out, 700R vs LTR450. of course, a lt-r with the only 40$ cherry bomb and some exaust. I know that the power of the 700r must be incredible, but just how "incredible" is it compared to the lt-r? the only reason i am not comparing to 450r or yfz is simply bc efi, i see this as a totally different catagory even though they are all 450's i believe that the efi and carb just arent in same catagory. does anyone have an opinion, out of experience, on the comparison between the lt-r and 700r? my opinion, even though i havent riddin the 700r, is , that they will both have some great mods/ upgrades in the next year or two, considering this the first year, but yamaha's consistancy seems impressive in coming out one step ahead as they did with the first raptor, so - i guess we can only see. thanks for reading replys would be nice [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
