Should I trade my raptor for banshee???
My friend has a 2005 Yamaha Banshee he got it about 3 months ago used and he just got it rebuilt. His parents wants him to have a four stroke(becuase of the mixing gas) and i was windering if it would be a good stright up trade fro my 02 raptor 660 (with mods shown below).. His bashee has delta v-force reeds, and shock blocks. The only reason i want to trade is because ive alwasy loved the 2 strokes powerband, but i need other opinions..

ive got both a raptor and a banshee. the raptor is more fun on the track, and the banshee is more fun in the sand. don't get me wrong, they're both fun in both, these are just my preferences. moneywise, the trade would be about even. one thing is for sure, if you haven't had that raptor rebuilt, or at least new rings, you'd probably be better off on the trade cause its gonna need it soon. banshees are also way easier to work on. your probably right about the coolant, but did it do it before the rebuild? if it didn't the head gasket might be pressurizing the system. good luck!
