my 04 wolverine 350 also does this every once in a while...i have also had some trouble in the past with the carb.... what could be the prob or is it even that big of a problem thanks...04 wolverine 350,DMC ALien complete exhaust system,dynojet kit,25in mudlites and a 2x4 warn unlocker.......thasnks

 

Just a quick question. Is your spark arrestor in place on the E-Series? If not there is just about zero backpressure. I only take it off once in awhile because sometimes i want it loud, but usually i leave it in place with all my rings(maybe 5 or 6) because i heard no backpressure equals leaning out the motor. And it must be out of the muffler because seeing flames with the spark arrestor in place would be a sight to see.

 

I'd say dive right into rejetting, check your spark plug too.

 

would this be a prob or is this normal for an aftermarket exhaust..i have a full system exhaust could it be a leak?
