Default Raptor not as responsive with new upgrades!!!! Help!

Hi I just recently purchased a Yoshimura trc exhaust, and a K&N air filter for my 2003 raptor 660. Since I have installed these items the quad seems to have more power, but sometimes when I hit the throttle hard it has a slight miss and than the power comes on strong. I figure I need to jet the bike, but I am not sure if i should get stage one or stage two jets for it, and if you could tell me what is a good brand to go with or if it may be someting else causing this delay in power. Thank you very much for any information that you can provide me.

Did you jet for the pipe and the new filter? For more power you could remove/drill holes in the airbox lid.

If you don't have the means of jetting your atv, don't buy an aftermarket exhaust. Put the stock exhaust back on before you melt the engine down.

The question I am asking here is with the combination of stuff that I have just put on the quad. What type make or stage of jets do I need. Is there any other type of change I also have to make to it to make it run correctly.

Runs a 730 kit from OMW with web109's and a 48mm lectron. It has some serious torque!

No...........You'll need dynojet stage 2. Even stage 2 won't have big enough jets if you remove your lid with a Pro Flow K&N and full exhaust.

But I don't plan on removing my air box lid. The k&n filter is just a replacement of the stock filter I kept the stock lid, and I am not going to be drilling it or anything like that so what stage of jets should I go for????

Thats what I'm saying, you'll need a Stage 2. I don't think anyone even sells a Stage 1 anymore, do they?
