have an 04 warrior. looking at getting a new set of year tires. any suggestions on these:
i am looking for a 22x11x9 or so. i do a lot of trail and mud, a little sand.
input on your experience would be appreciated.
Swamplites
surtrac
mudlite
bandits
realtor
mudshark
spidertrac...
no hole shots since they cant get mud out of tread easily or any similar tire to that.
thanks. let the debates begin

Runs a 730 kit from OMW with web109's and a 48mm lectron. It has some serious torque!

Holeshot HD's will work great in mud, get 20-11-9's and it wont bog down your warrior too much

I put 22x11x9 mudlites on mine and I was impressed. I don't think the warrior will ever be great in the mud because of its light rear end. The mudlites also throw up a ton of mud so tell the people behind you to watch out! My 20" klaws are also decent in the soft direction but I get hung up alot with the lower ground clearance.

yeah, i have been seriously considering the mudlites, then i saw swamp lites and liked those. one of my buddy's who work at a atv/bike shop was saying that those are decent, but do not hook up well, meaning, you do not get the instant power reaction from tires like those that you would normally see on like a mudshark or bandits, i really want to hear something on the swamp lites thow. thanks for the comments. i would most likely be going to 22x11x9. hole shots are nice, but not in my application.

I have a set of 22" Kenda Klaw XCs on my 200X trike. I was going to go the mud tire route myself, until I spoke with a few local riders. They found the ride was too rough for the smooth or rocky terrain with a sport machine. I felt the Klaws were a good compromise because they can be run in two directions and they are a 6 ply.
