5min...

but why cant we get this in the USA:

Yamaha ATVs – Security First
Leading theft deterrent now with every new Yamaha Leisure ATV
From April 2004 all new Yamaha Sport & Leisure ATVs will be fitted with the DATATAG security system. The fitting of this system as standard is an ‘industry first’ and a security commitment to all owners of new Yamaha Utility ATVs. This important announcement is in addition to the recent confirmation to protect their complete range of utility ATVs with same advanced system...
At the heart of the specially designed Anti-theft ATV system are permanently pre-programmed electronic transponders or ‘tags’, which respond with its unique number to an incoming signal from a hand held Datatag scanner. These transponders are concealed throughout the vehicle and can be hidden just about anywhere!

In addition to the electronic transponders, the system also includes unique ultra destruct visible ID numbers, tamper evident warning decals and a pot of Datadots®, which are literally hundreds of miniature plastic film dots with a unique number printed onto each one. These are simply painted into all the nooks and crannies of the machine and the thief would find it virtually impossible to locate and remove every single one! Other deterrents include Datatag’s unique tamper-resistant visible warning triangle containing the latest radio frequency ID technology and unique ATV registration number.

why cant we get this over here!!!! i found it on the UK site but they have BEEN having this..

well, there is suppsed to be another relaese date according to another's post in another thread. this was the preliminary stuff... maybe at the other revealing there will be something else... i think it is in sept like hondas...maybe they want to trump honda then... im a little disappointed usually they are more aggressive than this...
