I can't count how many times just having reverse has helped me get out of a jam. You can bore and stroke em, pipe and chip em and they will compete wth anything out there other than the guy who spends 15000 in mods for his s stroke .You can't lose on picking the top selling quad in America for 2006 and most likely for 2007 as well. You can get a 700R for less than 6500 if you shop. I gave 6400 for mine and added about a grand in goodies. Got nerfs and sand paddles and plenty of saftey riding gear. As old as I am, I need all the body armour I can slap on when riding with my group. By the way, it takes some effort to get the front up on these. For me thats a good thing. You can wheely it but not as easy as a lighter 450.

.......still wont wheelie like a yfz 450! I had 15/38 gearing on my yfz (+1 front) and could pull 5th gear wheelies and ride them forever!
I got the 700 now and it will do 4th gear wheelies, but doesnt like to like the yfz. The wheelies are just different on the 700. For the record, I love the 700 and it was the way to go for me. I got off the yfz after 3 enjoyable years and feel I made a really wise choice as I never track rode. Good luck with your choice!

Im 6-1 260 and the rappy feels alot better to me..But you will really just have to sit on both and see what one you want...and 90% of my riding on only on it for 300 foot then im back off again LOL..But mine is a 03 i dunno how much diffents there is in a 660 and a 700.. But when i first got it before the build i rode the peee out of it..and there nice for a fat boy...
