1999 Yamaha Warrior
#3
for all the info you could ever want for a warrior go to www.yfm350 central.com, you can get the specs sheet in the quad related problems section, and there's plenty of guys with modded warriors so you can see what everyone else is doing. Also, if you're interested, I uploaded a service manual for the warrior and can give you the link to download it to your computer.

Does anyone know where to download the Specs for a 1999 Yamaha Warrior? Or any advise on making it run faster?
Thanks</end quote></div>
As far as advice on making it faster goes, it's been said on this forum a million times, but here goes.....a good slip-on pipe, a good aftermarket air filter( some people like K&N, some like UNI), drill or cut holes in your airbox lid, and after installing these parts, get it jetted right with a jet kit. If you got some big 'ol swamp donkey tires on the back, get rid of 'em and get some lightweight 20" rear tires. People don't realize how much that rotating mass of rubber will slow you down. If you want to do some mud boggin', get a 4-wheel drive. Put a 14 tooth front sprocket on if you want a little more top end speed. You can do all of this for minimal $$$$$$. If you want to spend some dough,, get a JE 10.5:1 366 piston kit, get a cam( don't waste the money on a Hotcam), get the head ported & polished, and get some larger Kibblewhite valves with H/D springs. All that would let you run with modded 440EXs.
