Sorry about the prang. I have seen the sub frame on ebay a couple of times, you may be able to get one cheap...

 

man that sux. a few days ago this kid is on a super modded z400 that must have had like 45 horses. and u could tell he could not handle it. he hit another person on a yfz. he stopped and started to take off and the guy tackled his a$$ of and beat the crap out of him lol. that sux tho at least u got a grizz to ride. u should make him pay for it and then hit him one good time. lol

yea that definitly sucks im not shure if it is but i think on the raptor 700 the sub frames are made of aluminum so you will probobly have to tig weld it... and id be carefull if your welding any pipe togher cuz if your not carefull youl weld right through it ... but as long as the welds are clean and deep then it shouldnt create any problems...Good Luck...

 

I just ordered a new sub frame for $330 and new rear plastic for $170 for my dealer. It will be here friday. I also ordered a new endcap for my exhaust $100 with shipping. All i need is a new grab bar. Uhhh im taking donations lol

 

Im going to try to TIG weld the subframe still and use it as a spare. I have never welded aluminum. Should i even try?

 

Dont forget it is cast aluminum as well. Im not sure it can even be welded. Someone must know for sure?
