he wasnt off duty he was dressed up to look like he wasnt a cop.
no he didnt try to make us stop at all
i was behind my 2 other friends and they didnt realize that the guy was following us
and it was a small trial with a million deep *** puddles
i hit this puddle and i barely mad it through
this dude comes flying and slams right into me
that is the whole story i swear
and then after he through me on the ground he was like trying to make fun of me
he was like you just got "somethinged" dont remeber what it was but some police term for making me fly of the bike
he had his badge in his shirt like a dog tag.

 

if i would of know that he was a cop i woulda never even have gone by him and if he was in uniform i would of never even have gone to this little trail that led off the state property onto private. its a big pit i woulda just turned around and burnt his ***. but i didnt know he didnt wave to stop me or nothing.

 

i just thought he was leaving the pit just like we were and all of a sudden BOOM! there i am lying in the woods with the key out of my quad.

when he got the key to my quad he went to his griz and pulled out his little radio thing and was like " i got 1 ill be right over"

 

If this is true, then why has your father not stepped in and consulted with the officer or at least someone in charge of the officer? Has a complaint been filed?

 

my dad is on a fishing trip and i havent seen him yet to talk to him.
he just talked to the guy over the phone and my other friends dads are both cops 2 one was luckily for the town and came back to teh pit to bail us out.
i have no reason to lie this is seriuosly what happened.

well i woke up this morning and my shoulder that i landed on did hurt.
i dont care about that i just dont want ne tickets
cause it will show up when i try to become a cop.

 

This guy has slammed into you, put you into a head lock, threw you to the ground, and cursed at you. Your dad talked to the other officer over the phone...whats he gonna do?
