O1 warrior axle ?????

Hey everybody.....
I just installed a new chain, and sprockets... I had muh axle all bolted right with the tention bolts under the axle... and i've rode a few times and now like there loose and the axle can shift in there... I was wondering how i can make them keep tention because as far as i know the bolt hasnt loosend because i got the nut up to the part that helps it hold it's position is there anythign im doing wronge or what else can i do. ( the chain is setting like it should be but u can move the rear bolts up and down and they should not be moving at all and i dont wanna mess anythign up by riding befor i get it figured out ) the axle doesnt shift to much but more then i want .... can yall let me know somethign fellas PLease thanks

Also how hard is it to rejet a carb for a new pipe
