Went riding today and my buddies chain came off on his 450 and smacked the shifter. It bent the shifter which is no big deal but it also slightly bent the shifter shaft. It still shifts fine but curious how hard this is to replace or since is only slightly bent should he just put on a new shifter and leave it alone. thanks

 

I would buy a new one if it is possible that it will break during a ride, if not dont worry about it. They are easy to replace.
