The casting cracked around my oil drain plug on my 2004 Kodiak 400. Anybody else had this problem? Did you get any warranty coverage? What did you do about it? My dealer wants big bucks to fix it.

the preavious owner on my 2001 raptor had a simular proble. The metal cracked were the oil line goes into the engine so he just JB welded it and it has held fine for 4 years now. When I do a piston i am going to get it welded i think.
