can you register a fourwheeler without the resgistration card or the title just the insurance card? because my dad and me went and rode a 99 big bear 350 4x4 today and it seems really nice he has 25"mudlites on it and my dad offered him $2,500 for it and for delivery to our house and he said yes he would take that and on monday he can deliver it but my dad wanted to kno if u coudl register it without the registration card or the title..the guy just has the insurance card with the numbers on it alos are mudlites good tires? and are the big bears good quads? if anyone knows any info or anything bad about them please tell.. thanks everyone ......jimmy

 

I registered a 3 wheeler with a paper skeching of the serial numbers .Im not sure if the dmv will let you do that anymore.
