lol? I think he is looking for a honest answer and not some one who thinks yfz's are god. YFZ require alot more mantence than most other quads and dont handle as good as most of the quads. They are great for jumping and raceing. If you bone heads dont beleave me about the relibiality then search the fourm or look at the specks, Its suped up with a high comp piston from the factory. They will take a stock 660 60% of the time in the 300 foot but the raptor will have a higher speed. Now that said if you take care of it it will be a great quad and I am even looking at buying this 04 down from my street. I have a raptor 660 and a 400EX incase you're wondering but have rode tuns of YFZ's

I don't think anyone was saying "yfzs are god". I have experience with other quads too and I just sold my KFX700 a month ago to get the YFZ.

What is "a lot more maintainence"? You change the oil every few rides with you have to do with EVERY sport quad with a wet clutch anyway. Valve adjustments are recommended every 6 months. Grease the places that you should. This is stuff you ahve to do with EVERY sport quad. Granted it's not a 400EX which can probably run with one oil change a year but tha'ts the price you pay for more power.

Don't handle all that well compared to what? Your Raptor 660? Yeah those are known for their handling prowess. Do some research and you will see that the only quad with better handling than a YFZ is the LTR which is about 4 inches wider.

But then again since you don't have one I guess YOU WOULD KNOW!

This guy doesnt know WTF he is talking about. Your quad will last as long as you maintain it. As for the handling its the 2nd best quad out there. You my friend are a tool and have no idea what your talking about.....

They are as reliable as you want them to be..I had mine for over a year and no problems. Mind you i rode it about every day and changed the oil about 15 hrs.....and never had a problem with them. Very nice quad and a solid purchase.

What a few kids are saying? How about what very major media source associated with off roading is saying?

I hope this isn't to harsh for a family forum but I have one thing to say to you sir: Go jump in a lake.

damn silent101 u really dont know **** about wat u are talkin about the yfzs are a great quad. they will smoke about anything. and that 60% of the time is really more like 99% of the time. also i think that the 450 would be ok in the trails but they are kinda low and wide but if u know how to ride the trails it shouldnt be a problem. but the predators are awesome in the trails.
