I'm getting some new tires for the Rappy. Should I stay with the stock 20x10R9 or is it better to go with the 20x11R9? Thanks

Dont think you will notice much of a difference. Most after market tires only come in 1 or the other (some have both) so it might come down to what tires you want over which size.

I'm getting Maxxis RAZR 2s. They have them in both sizes and I'm using stock rims, unless getting new rims is recommended. Will the 11's fit ok on the stock rims??

Yes stock rims are 9 inches wide and it is common for the tire to be 2 to 4 inches wider than the wheel.
