repacking pro circuit exhaust?

repacking pro circuit exhaust?
are you supposed to be able to repack the t-4 pipe? i pulled it off my quad and i wasnt exactly sure how to the the core out (if you are able to). i removed all the allen bolts but left the rivets. how do you get them apart?
