How much torque does it need?
#1
Hello everyone. I'm looking for some advise from people that have replaced their own one-way bearing on a raptor. I got everything and ready to put back together. My question is this. The instructions say to torque down the bolts that hold the bearing to the fly wheel to 11ft lbs. I hate to have to go buy a torque wrench for just one use. Have any of you down this repair without using one? What would 11ft lbs feel like without a torque wrench? Does it really have to be precise. I had already bought a torque wrench but returned it because it only mesured from 80 up to 900 ft lbs. Way too mcuh for what I needed.
