Default Shee wont start, I have pics now.......

Im havin some problems with my shee starting. Heres ther story...

I stored my shee on the grab bar for about 2 weeks when i didnt have enough room in my garage to fit all 5 quads i had. I shut the gas off, but now it doesnt want to start until i flip it down, turn the gas on, turn the gas back off, flip it up to drain the carbs then bring it back down. (people were saying the floats were stuck, they werent.)

Thats how the problem started, well i must have taken the carbs apart 6 times now and went through 5-6 cans of carb cleaner and the problem kept on happening. Ive been wanting to remove the TORS system for awhile so while i was at it i snipped the 2 bottom wires that come off of the part that sits on the carb. The quad ran fine when i took it for a test ride after that but then it wouldnt idle, if i let off the throttle completely the the quad would stall. I tried messing with the idle but that wasnt the problem. I noticed that when the switch inside the box above the thumb throttle was enganged it would run fine but one it was disengaged it would die. So i thought that was a part of the TORS system, so i cut the switch out. The quad idled fine and ran fun but i was back to the problem of what im guess were the floats, the quad wouldnt start if it was cold and i left the gas on. The quad is definietly getting gas and air and i tried fresh gas and oil and it didnt work. I have no idea what the problem was and i was hoping you could give me some help. It would be greatly appreciated.

Well now i think i might have a jet or a peice inside the carb missing

Carb 1

Carb 2

On carb 1 the brass peice (im guessing a jet) is missing, is that whats causing my probs? If it is, it just dissappeared....

That brass tube is the choke tube....

When you pull the choke ****, fuel is sucked through the tube, and transfered over to the other carb...

So that has nothin to do with it

You also need to completly disable the TORS system by cuttin the wires going to the TORS boxes on top of the carbs (and taping them off), and unpluggin the little box thats bolted to the frame (next to the ignition coil)

The cables on the top of the carbs? U mean the metal ones? I thought it was just the bottom ones that are black.

I already unplugged the one on the frame.

Anyone have any idea if cutting that cable is ok? The bike kept dying until i cut the cable then it ran fine for a bit.

Well turns out it wasnt the carb, some kinda black flaky paint chip like stuff had built up on the reeds, sprayed them with carb cleaner and it started right up.
