I probably can't answer your question but, I can tell you this. The first thing the guys are going to ask you to do is give some more information on the issue. Are you actually getting it to fire up? What is your timing, jetting, airbox setup, exhaust, etc. Good luck!

Hey Bro, I've got the 686cc in mine. The reason that it won't turn over quick is because of your compression. I've got the 12:1 and dude I had to get a bigger battery and it still won't really turn over good unless it's hot. Do check your timing. I Stuck with what the LTE company gave me with Jets. I don't think it's tuned right though but still runs like a bat out of hell.

Mine turns over fine, it just wont hardley crank. I have to choke it and just hold the start button for about 30 to 45 sec. befor it cranks. What size jets are you running?

I'm running the 165 170 jets. I always put the Needle in that LTE provided and I think I'm on the 3rd or 4th notch for the clip. It's been 2 years since I put those pipes on. And with the over heating deal. I would really switch your rad. out and use engine ice. Helps alot. Also look in an item call Super Cooler for a raptor. There are two items you can get for the raptor to drop temps. Here is the link.

Super Cooler Link

You also can find one of them on ebay for about 30 bucks.

Ebay Super Cooler

Hope this helps. Scott
