Default YFZ450-2005 DEAD BATTERY-CHARGING SYSTEM

AFTER LEAVING BIKE STORED, FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS THE BATTERY IS COMPLETLY DEAD,ANY HELP WITH THAT....THANKS.......DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THE YFZ HAS A BUILT IN CHARGING SYSTEM OR DO I NEED TO CHARGE THE BATTERY.....THANKS FOR THE HELP....

Default YFZ450-2005 DEAD BATTERY-CHARGING SYSTEM

Yes, the YFZ has a charging system. On the '04 models, you need to leave the lights on or be riding real hard for it to kick in though. The charging system is supposed to be better for '05, but I leave my lights on anyway to be safe. The batt itself is tiny and is prone to going flat over time. Keep a battery tender on it and it should be fine.
